Sustainable Environment was engaged by Frankston City Council to develop an overarching condition audit methodology, to guide the collation and presentation of all asset condition data, including buildings, paths, drainage, roads and open space.

Sustainable Environment developed a practical guidance document that provides contractors with a common structure, naming conventions and drop-down menus that can be applied to all asset classes, while ensuring the necessary data is captured.

Key deliverables:

• Overarching methodology document to provide guidance in the collation and undertaking of asset data capture.
• Excel spreadsheet customised to council requirements, to provide consistent instructions to contractors undertaking data capture assessments.
